Praexi (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform', 'We', 'Our') attaches great importance to your privacy. The personal data you provide through our Platform (our website and upcoming iOS/Android mobile applications) is processed within the framework specified in this policy, in compliance with KVKK and GDPR standards. Our Platform provides AI-powered content generation and social media automation.

In order to provide our services, we collect the following data: • Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted). • Brand Data: Brand name, industry, target audience, and business profile information you provide to the Praexi AI model (Assistant) for analysis and content generation. • Social Media Tokens: Authorization (OAuth) tokens used when connecting to platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We never store your social media passwords on our servers. • Media Content: Draft images/videos and texts you create, schedule, or upload on the platform.

The Platform utilizes third-party (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) Artificial Intelligence services to generate content, captions, and hashtags. Your brand context (prompts) is sent to these models strictly to generate results on your behalf. Third-party providers are restricted from using your data to train their general public models (as per API Enterprise rules).

We use the official APIs of Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and LinkedIn. Praexi fully complies with the Privacy Policies and Developer Agreements of these platforms. With your authorization, our system publishes content only at your scheduled times to your selected platforms. You can revoke these permissions at any time via the Praexi 'Integrations' panel or through the native social media platform settings.

In our upcoming iOS and Android applications; push notification permissions, crash logs (Crashlytics), and analytics data may be processed to enhance the user experience. Precise location or unauthorized camera/microphone access will under no circumstances be collected.

The user has the right to permanently delete their data using the 'Delete Account' or 'Delete My Data' sections in the dashboard. Upon an account deletion request, your profile, saved media URLs, scheduled posts, and social media tokens in our database are irreversibly destroyed.

Your personal and integration data is stored encrypted in our cloud infrastructures (e.g., Google Cloud / AWS). Praexi ensures SSL/TLS security in network communications. Periodic penetration tests are conducted to prevent data leaks.

Praexi uses Google APIs for YouTube, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. • Data Accessed: Email and basic profile information; YouTube channel/upload permissions; Search Console query, page, click and impression data; GA4 session, landing-page, traffic-source, engagement and conversion data. Google Intelligence access is read-only. (Scopes: youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, webmasters.readonly, analytics.readonly, userinfo.email) • Data Usage: Search Console and GA4 data is processed only for brand-scoped SEO analytics, web performance, content opportunities, and user-approved content recommendations. It does not authorize automatic publishing. • Data Sharing: Google user data is not shared with third parties. • Data Storage & Protection: OAuth tokens are encrypted and analytics data is isolated by brand. • Data Retention & Deletion: Users can remove a brand mapping or disconnect Google entirely from Integrations; related tokens and analytics data are deleted. • Google/YouTube Policies: This integration uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Praexi platform uses TikTok APIs for integration and fully complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Our interaction with TikTok user data is detailed below: • Data Accessed: Our application requests access to your basic profile information (user.info.basic) to provide TikTok integration, and permissions to publish/upload your videos (video.publish, video.upload). • Data Usage: Your TikTok profile information is used exclusively to connect your TikTok account to the Praexi platform. The video upload authorization (video.publish, video.upload) is used only to upload your scheduled media content to your TikTok account on your behalf, based on your explicit commands. • Data Sharing: We unequivocally state that we do not share your TikTok user data (profile info, videos, etc.) with any third parties. • Data Storage & Protection: The integration keys (OAuth tokens) obtained from TikTok are securely stored in our databases using advanced encryption methods. • Data Retention & Deletion: Users can revoke their TikTok integrations via Praexi at any time.
