3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Outputs and Disclaimer
Our platform uses third-party AI models to generate content, captions, and tags. AI-generated content is provided 'as is' without any guarantee of accuracy, copyright compliance, or brand suitability. It is solely your responsibility to review and approve generated content before publishing it on social media platforms. Praexi cannot be held liable for any inaccurate, offensive, or copyright-infringing publications.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Using the platform to generate or publish illegal, hate speech, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Abusing API limits or attempting to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Violating the Terms of Service of connected social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) (e.g., excessive spamming).
5. Social Media API Limitations
The platform relies on the APIs of third-party social networks. Praexi is not responsible for sudden changes, outages, or account restrictions caused by these networks' API rules or infrastructures. If a social media platform suspends API access, related features may be halted without prior notice.
6. Membership, Payments, and Refund Policy
Praexi may operate on a subscription model. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. The right of withdrawal may be limited under the law as the performance of the digital service begins immediately. However, in the event of a technical failure or unfair billing, you may contact our support team.
7. Modification or Termination of Service
Praexi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
8. Third-Party Platform and API Terms
Praexi uses the APIs of Google/YouTube and other social platforms. Users of these integrations also agree to comply with the terms of those platforms:

• Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, and LinkedIn: The respective Terms of Service and Developer Policies of these platforms apply.
